Destined for My Billionaire Soulmate: Emma and Aiden's Full Story, Characters & Ending

Emma keeps the vision to herself, then goes looking for Aiden and meets Claire instead. One handshake shows her that Claire is sleeping with John, Aiden's bodyguard. Claire has John drag Emma inside and offers a deal: tell Aiden Claire is his perfect match, and her mother's bills get paid. Behind Emma's back, Claire tells John to get rid of Emma and her mother if anything goes wrong.

Emma does as she is told, and Aiden proposes to Claire. But he also hires Emma for a big weekly salary, hoping to turn her gift into a soulmate pill. Her conditions: no lab-rat treatment, and a lower price for Cardiovive. He quietly moves her mother to the hospital's VIP wing.

When Emma learns Mike slept with Lena, she moves out and ends up showering at the office at night, where she runs into Aiden, naked. He lets her stay at his empty condo. Over candlelight and old wine, they kiss. John photographs them asleep together, and soon after, Claire orders him to make Emma's death look like an accident.

John wires the condo's doorknob. Emma survives the shock, but her gift is gone. Claire convinces Aiden she was a fraud all along, threatens Emma's mother, and has her moved out of the VIP room. Emma makes up with Lena and starts faking readings to pay the bills. A talk show appearance turns into a public shaming when unhappy clients call her a scammer.

Aiden reaches out, and Emma tells him about Claire and John. Claire bursts in with police complaints, provokes a fight, and then falls back clutching her stomach. She is pregnant, she says. Aiden sends Emma away and gives in to the board on prices, though he secretly gets Emma's mother into a trial for a new drug that works.

Claire lures Emma to a fake meeting and taunts her that maybe another shock would make Aiden notice her. In a storm, Emma climbs a tree in the park, holding her phone up to the sky. Aiden catches her as she slips, and at his touch the vision returns. She tells him the truth: he is her perfect match.

Aiden checks Claire's ultrasound dates, runs her blood in his lab and learns the baby is not his. Before he can reach Emma, Claire drugs her tea and John carries her off to a secret lab, where Claire and the board want to study her gift. Aiden puts trackers on Claire's and John's phones and gets help from Lena.

Aiden finds Emma in the lab and fights off John, and Emma knocks John out with a metal tray. At the mansion, Lena shows photos of Claire with John and Aiden reveals the paternity test. Claire lunges and stabs Emma. Emma survives. Aiden shows the board footage of the lab, and the police take every one of them away.

Claire had Emma's mother locked in a warehouse, and Aiden's detective finds her. Emma, hurt and angry, first pushes Aiden away. Then she finds him packing up his mansion. He has sold everything, including the company, because it no longer stood for helping people. Emma offers him a deal of her own: not a job, a partnership.

Together they launch Fate at Your Fingertips, a matchmaking business with Lena running the office. On a picnic in Emma's favorite park, a clap of thunder interrupts Aiden's proposal. They run home through the rain, and there he asks her to marry him. She says yes. Across the world, Lena steps off a plane to meet her own perfect match.
