The Love Switch: Billionaire CEO vs Mafia King: Elise and Levi's Full Story, Characters & Ending

The swap works. Levi wakes up in Zane's body with a tattoo, too much hair gel and a mansion full of gangsters who expect him to act like their boss. He keeps refusing whiskey, drugs and Serena. Meanwhile Zane, in Levi's body, talks his way out of a cell and goes straight home to Elise. The FBI has lost him.

Elise thinks her shy husband has suddenly come alive. Zane reads her private diary, learns she felt neglected, and becomes everything Levi was not: fireworks over the ocean, a private jet, endless attention. But he also smokes, throws out Levi's beige wardrobe, flirts with Laila and grabs a waiter by the collar. Elise starts to notice.

When Serena attacks Elise over a photo of her found in "Zane's" pocket, Elise goes to the Corsano mansion for answers. There, the man in Zane's body is gentle, remembers her favorite tea, spares a traitor's life and gives a young gangster money to quit the life. He tells her she can stay, and that her husband is not who she thinks he is.

Levi tries to reclaim his life, but his own staff throw him out and Zane mocks him from Levi's office. Serena pays a traitor to poison Elise at dinner, but he grabs a love potion instead. Elise and Levi spend the night together, she wakes up feeling drugged and betrayed, and Serena catches them.

Zane hosts a casino night at Levi's company run by Corsano men and bets a fifth of the company. Elise takes his seat and wins half of it back. Realizing Zane is using his company to fund the mob, Levi locks the bank accounts. Zane comes for the passwords with a tattoo gun aimed at his own old face, and Elise walks in on the two men fighting. She collapses, and a doctor tells her she is pregnant.

Watching her "husband" punch a wall over the frozen accounts, Elise finally sees it: that is Levi's face, but not Levi. She lays her case file photos side by side and confronts him. Zane knocks her out, ties her up in Levi's office and calls Levi to bring the passwords.

Elise asks both men to kiss her. Zane's kiss is dark and possessive. Levi's is soft, and she knows him at once. Then Sawyer bursts in and arrests Zane. Before she was taken, Elise had sent her theory and her location to Sawyer. The FBI swaps the bodies back, and Levi holds his wife again. When she asks about the baby, he says it does not matter whose it is; he will love the child with everything he has.

Sawyer promotes Elise and apologizes for pulling her off the case. She visits Zane in his cell one last time. He swears her father is alive and that he talked the old Don into exiling him instead of killing him. She says goodbye for good.

One year later, Elise and Levi have a baby girl, Gracie. A Corsano man knocks on their door with an anniversary gift from Zane: her father, alive and free. At their anniversary dinner, Levi repeats one of Zane's old lines word for word. He laughs it off, then winks at the camera, leaving a doubt about who is really in Levi's body.
