Torn Between the Cole Brothers: Olivia and Alex's Full Story, Characters & Ending

The morning after, Olivia learns that nothing much happened, pays the "escort" and leaves. She hands Alex divorce papers, and he refuses: a divorce would hurt the stock. Caleb, who still hasn't told her who he is, fakes being on the run from his pimp, and Olivia lets him stay at her house.

At Stone Group, Henry tries to give Olivia's board seat to Amy. Olivia makes a bold offer to keep it: she will get pregnant, which ties the two companies together for good. Since Alex wants no child, she hires Caleb to be the father. Alex hears them together over the phone and is crushed.

At a charity auction, Alex buys her mother's ring for Amy, and a masked Caleb outbids everyone for a date with Olivia. She soon learns he is no escort but a rich man's son. In a bar restroom she kisses Alex to spite Amy, and he finally says he loves her. Olivia agrees to stay his wife in public for three more years.

Then Alex's father, Ben, invites everyone to dinner and introduces his youngest son. Olivia is stunned to see Caleb. That night Alex tells her why he pushed her away: his mother had a heart condition and died because his father wanted an heir, so Alex swore never to give the family another one. Olivia stays with him. Caleb confronts her afterward, determined to take everything his brother has.

At a press conference, Alex and Olivia expose Henry and Amy for tampering with her mother's will and stealing from the company, and security walks them out. Caleb helped set the trap. Then he drops Olivia's wedding ring into Alex's glass and tells him who she slept with. Hurt and jealous, Alex lets Olivia sign the divorce papers. She faints on her way out. She is pregnant.

Both brothers claim the baby. Ben tells the board that whichever son gives him an heir first gets the CEO seat. Soon the brothers fight over everything from baby food to diapers. Caleb stops a risky DNA test, the brothers come to blows, and Caleb admits Olivia is the only woman he has ever loved. Alex offers him the company but won't give up Olivia. Then Olivia reveals she has done the test herself: the baby is Caleb's.

In the boardroom, Ben keeps Alex as CEO and throws Caleb out, mocking his mother. Olivia stands up to him. Alex transfers his shares to her, Caleb does the same, and Olivia becomes the largest shareholder. Her first move is a vote to remove Ben from the board, and it passes.

At her wedding, Caleb thanks Olivia for keeping him at the company, and she says she owed him that for trusting her with his shares, which she is giving back. Alex brings Caleb's mother, Camilla, whom Ben kept from him for years. She tells her son she never stopped loving him.

Caleb hugs his brother and tells him he loves Olivia enough to let him have her. In a garden, with Caleb and Camilla in the front row, Olivia marries Alex for real, and they finally become a family.
